Vanilla Caramel Panettone Bread & Butter Pudding
There’s nothing quite like a steaming bowl of soft custard soaked panettone speckled with succulent sultanas. There's crunch from the demerara sugar that sits on top and little gems of candied mixed peel, ready to be foraged with a spoon. I douse mine with a good helping of cream but it shines just as bright on its own.
Strawberry, Lemon, White Chocolate Cookies
Summer in a cookie. This gorgeous lemon oat cookie is swirled with fresh strawberry compote, scooped and rolled in a zesty lemon sugar. Once baked, they’re gooey in the middle and crisp on the edges with pockets of creamy melted white chocolate.

She’s fancy with her frilly piping but still a wholesome and humble pie. I made this in my extra deep 9-inch pie dish because I wanted her to be T-H-I-C-K. She’s exactly what I envisioned. And my big fat slice of pie craving has well and truly been satisfied.
